Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened beauty products, including lash clusters.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.


2. Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any lash products once purchased.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and assist you.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

3. Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • Missing items in your order
  • Damaged products upon arrival

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the problem when contacting us.Once your issue is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been shipped.


4. Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on any lash products.

All items are final sale once purchased.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect shade/style selection, or used/opened products.
